TITLE: IT professional II

REPORTS TO: SYSTEMS ARCHITECT

Location: VERNAL, UT

OVERVIEW: 

KODA Resources is looking for a candidate who enjoys performing client support and systems administration of Windows Desktop and Servers on premise and in Azure cloud environments. Servers include AD, MS SQL, Application, Network License and Storage NAS, associated Networking switches, routers, and firewall devices.

JOB DUTIES \ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide end user support of Microsoft windows cloud-based applications for Oil and Gas industry users. Including Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint, and Exchange.
• Diagnose troubles with customer on client desktop applications
• Perform client moves and on/off boarding
• Configure client and network security systems, VPN, MFA
• Order, Stock, Configure and deploy desktop & remote IT hardware
• Computer software & hardware troubleshooting, and maintenance

• Strong technical problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Deliver stellar customer service to all end users

WORK CONDITIONS:

• Often works with minimal supervision at oil/gas field operation locations
• Travel to Denver and North Dakota, 1-2 times per year

education and/or EXPERIENCE:

• 6+ years similar technical work experience , or Technical Certifications with Associates Applied Science
•minimum 4 years related work experience or bachelor’s degree in computer science and related work experience 2 years minimum
• Occasionally lift up to 50 Lbs, and work on ladders
