SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST 
 
Job Description

Multi-disciplinary integrated role responsible for development, analysis, evaluation and communication of accounting, finance, operations and land administration functions.

Finance and Planning
• Analyze budget to actual data to understand financial performance for Capital, Production, LOE, G&A and other key metrics
• Assist team in analysis of economic and operational evaluations
• Assist team in analysis and due diligence of potential transactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial modeling and analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and acquisition/divestitures
• Work with team in preparation of board materials and evaluation materials

Accounting
• Coordinate with finance, accounting and operations in the implementation of production and capital tracking software
• Work as point person for integrated well management software
• Work as point person with third party accounting firm in coding of invoices, and preparation and review of monthly financial statements
• Track and manage treasury functions, including cash forecast and budgeting

Operations
• Work closely with operations to prepare and present AFE vs Actual
• Coordinate with regulatory group in the preparation of AFEs and other workflow
• WIO Reporting
• Coordinate with vendors to prepare credit agreements

Land
• Coordinate with land and third party land firm to analyze, summarize, verify and set up oil and gas leases
• Assist land group with AFE preparation and data management as needed
• Support due diligence activities related to oil & gas property acquisition, divestiture and merger
